Room downgrades upon arrival could be more transparent!!! Inadequate parking solutions need improvement!!! The layout can be confusing for guests unfamiliar with the amenities!!!

The wine blending class was fun, and the cooking class at Habitat Feed & Social was a highlight. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole hotel felt classy and was really clean. The rooftop views were amazing too!

One downside was a noisy neighbor that disrupted our stay. We had to call for help, which was resolved, but it was a bit frustrating during our getaway.

Rooftop bar offers fantastic views and lively atmosphere. Valet service can be slow, leading to some inconvenience. The wine blending class provided a fun experience worth trying.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious. It had a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a lovely bath. The spa facilities are impressive, especially the full body massage and beauty services. I loved the rooftop lounge for its views and atmosphere. The location is perfect, right across from the botanical gardens.

I was blown away by the whimsical decor throughout my stay! The wine blending class was such a fun activity, I loved creating my own custom blend to take home! Don't get me started on the fine views from the rooftop lounge. Sipping cocktails while watching the sunset was pure magic.

the autographed collection had a beautiful atmosphere, and I loved being close to the birmingham zoo and botanical gardens. the staff was friendly, especially the doormen. I enjoyed a relaxing massage at poseidon spa, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long drive.

We had a fantastic stay for two nights, enjoying cozy time in our spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and really appreciated the awesome rooftop bar where we sipped some amazing cocktails. The spa treatments were a highlight, especially the full body massage and pedicure, which helped us unwind completely. Just a heads up, dining options for kids seem limited, so plan accordingly! 😊
